The main activity of jythyristor factory is the production of SCR (power semiconductors): diodes, thyristors of various applications, triacs, diode bridges, modules, including IGBT modules, for currents from 10A and up to 18000A, voltage 100-9000V, as well as air and water heatsinks for them. The head office is located in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Production of Power semiconductors is located in China. SCR shipments are mainly made from our production facility in China.

How to know the price, Production time/availability, cost and delivery time?

Usually production time takes between 7 and 12 days, it depends on the quantity. Delivery time is up to 10 days, it depends on your location.
How to place an order. What if I need a test report for a batch?

It is better to specify the requirement for a test report per batch together with placing the order with the production. In this case, each product is assigned an individual number.
What are the payment terms.
We accept payment by bank transfer or PayPal, Western Union. Standard payment terms are 100% prepayment. Additional payment terms can be discussed with our manager.
How to get product catalog, photos, presentation.

More often, we offer to buy small quantities of products for testing and validation before placing the main order in our production facility.
